Journey Hospice provides hospice and palliative care with a focus on each patient’s integrity and dignity

From a simple embrace to a symptom-relieving aromatherapy session, Journey team members are trained to help each patient live as stress free and pain free as possible.

Our services can be provided wherever a patient resides, whether in Crane’s Mill or in the community in a private home, assisted living, or nursing care residence. We serve Essex county and select areas of Morris county.
Based out of Crane’s Mill and a program of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, Journey Hospice has served New Jersey families since 2015. Journey prides itself on treating each patient like a member of their own family, and providing care with the dignity, respect, and compassion each patient deserves.
