Crane’s Mill’s five-star Health Center offers superior hands-on care, and we are lucky to have excellent leadership on our team. Cristine Franco, our Health Center Director, has been with Crane’s Mill since July 2019. She initially joined the team as Recreation Director before she was offered an opportunity to transition into an administration role, and took over as Health Center Director in May 2021.
Cristine has always loved working with senior citizens, and especially enjoys getting to know residents at Crane’s Mill. “I’ve been able to forge great bonds with our residents,” she says. “They really become like family!” Cristine describes her job as going above and beyond to meet residents’ needs. “As long as they’re happy and satisfied, I’m happy!” We are thrilled to have Cristine Franco leading our Health Center team.
